Return Policy

In-Store & Online Returns

Our return policy offers store credit only or exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. .

In-Store Purchases:
Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Online Purchases:
Merchandise must be received back within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date according to the tracking number.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or smoke

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Within 5 days from date of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items DO NOT qualify for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Hats

  • Candles

  • Jewelry

  • Certain accessories

  • Brumates

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made November 6 – December 31, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return window.

All eligible returns must be completed by December 31, 2025.

Holiday Return Requirements

  • Original receipt required

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items must be unworn and odor-free with no signs of wear

Holiday Final Sale Items

The following holiday items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Holiday tees

  • Sweatshirts

  • Sweaters

  • Bags

  • Lounge wear

  • Jewelry

  • Slippers
