In-Store/Online Return Policy
- Our exchange policy is for store credit only.
- ALL in store returns must be returned within 5 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number.
- All sale or clearance items are FINAL.
- No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:
- Sale items
- Hats
- Candles
- Jewelry
- Certain Accessories
- Brumates
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made November 6 – December 31, 2025 qualify for our extended holiday return window.
All eligible returns must be completed by December 31, 2025.
Return Requirements:
• Tags must be attached
• Items must be unworn, odor-free, and show no signs of wear
• Original receipt required
Final Sale Items:
All holiday tees, sweatshirts, sweaters, bags, lounge wear, jewelry and slippers are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange
Return Options:
Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange of equal or greater value.
